Spring Out 26 – Saturday, March 28th

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the 2026 Spring Out (“the Event”) organized by Asheville on Bikes, and in collaboration with Wedge Brewing Company, taking place on Saturday, March 28th

I understand the Event includes, but is not limited to: recreational cycling, use of a pop-up bike park, and outdoor festivities on and around the grounds of Wedge Brewing Company.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this Event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical exertion, falls, collisions, uneven surfaces, traffic, weather, equipment failure, and potential injury or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release and discharge Asheville on Bikes, Wedge Brewing Company, and all Event sponsors, partners, volunteers, and staff (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer as a result of participation in the Event, whether arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Medical Treatment

I authorize Asheville on Bikes and Event personnel to secure emergency medical care for me should I become ill or injured. I understand I am solely responsible for any associated costs.

Photography & Media Release

I grant permission to Asheville on Bikes and its partners to use photographs, video, or audio of me taken during the Event for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes without compensation or further approval.

I agree to be signed up for the Asheville on Bikes newsletter to receive updates, event announcements, and news. I understand I may unsubscribe at any time.

Code of Conduct

I agree to follow all Event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines. I understand that unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the Event.
