Gather at Pack’s Park: 6:30 PM (70 Court Plaza)
Ride Departs: 7:00 PM
Ride returns to Pack’s Park 8:00 PM
The Ride of Silence is an international event that brings people together across the globe to ride in quiet solidarity, honoring those who have been injured or killed due to vehicular violence.
Participants are encouraged to wear white as a symbol of remembrance and to download the route in advance to help guide their ride.
What to Know Before You Go
- Blue Ridge Bicycle will have ride waivers to sign at the start.
- The route is approximately 5 miles and features active city streets, sections of greenways, and slow neighborhood roads.
- Preview and download the route on Asheville on Bikes’ Ride With GPS page.
- Helmets and bike lights are strongly encouraged.
- This is a free, public event—all are welcome.
- E-bikes are welcome!
