Get those Costumes Ready for the 2025 Pumpkin Pedaller

Get ready to roll into fall! The Pumpkin Pedaller, presented by New Belgium Brewing, is back on Saturday, Oct. 25th at New Belgium Brewing. Join the community for a fun, festive bike ride celebrating pumpkins, autumn, and everything that makes riding in Asheville special.
Pumpkin Pedaller Event Schedule
- 1:30pm – 7pm: Pop-Up Bike Park
- 2:30pm – 3pm: Ride gathers + costume contest photo booth
- 3pm: Ride departs from New Belgium Brewing
- 4pm – 5pm: Staggered return
- 5pm – 7pm: Continued bicycle frolic
Waiver Required to Ride
All participants must complete our event waiver prior to joining the ride. Signing the waiver helps us keep our events safe and fun for everyone. Thank you for taking a moment to do this before you roll out!
Ride Routes

Ride More (16 miles) This one’s for the adventurous spirits. The Ride More breaks away from the pack to climb into North Asheville, where fiery fall leaves glow like lanterns and shadows stretch across winding streets. Catch elevated views of the city before swooping back down to rejoin the Main Ride. Consider it your extended Halloween adventure on wheels.
Main Ride (8 miles) A classic Pumpkin Pedaller experience! The Main Ride winds its way into downtown Asheville, where the city’s historic buildings set the stage for a costumed parade of ghosts, goblins, and glitter. After a spirited climb, enjoy a thrilling descent back into the River Arts District, ending at New Belgium Brewing for the post-ride party.
Cruiser (2.2 miles) Short, sweet, and spellbinding. The Cruiser is perfect for families, first-timers, or anyone looking for a relaxed roll. Glide through the River Arts District’s lively streets and greenways before returning to New Belgium Brewing, where the cauldrons of fun await.

AoB is currently seeking volunteers to support the ride. We especially need pedal patrol.
